In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the 777ll Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms communicated to Players from time to time, form the entire agreement between 777ll and the Player.
2.2 By completing the 777ll registration process, clicking "I Agree," logging into your Account, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such circumstances, references to "you" shall include both you and the person or entity on whose behalf you act.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use the 777ll Platform. 3.2 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law and that no court or regulatory authority has found you to lack legal capacity.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active 777ll Account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or through error — may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to update your account information promptly whenever it changes. 777ll reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.5 KYC Verification. 777ll is required under applicable Philippine regulatory frameworks to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a driver's license, passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID — when requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions. Your funds will not be forfeited solely due to pending KYC, but they cannot be released until verification is completed.
3.6 Restricted Jurisdictions. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777ll accepts no liability for use of the Platform in breach of applicable local law.
4.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ll username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 777ll will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 777ll immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. Until such notification is received, 777ll shall treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you, and you shall remain responsible for all wagers placed and transactions completed.
4.3 Account Transfers. Your 777ll Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Participation by proxy — allowing another person to operate your Account — is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777ll will communicate with you via your registered email address before any administrative fees or dormancy charges are applied, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Dormant account management procedures are detailed in the relevant policy document available from customer support.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 777ll customer support. Prior to account closure, all pending wagers will be settled, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777ll accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, UnionBank transfer, 7-Eleven Cliqq (deposits only), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. 5.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 777ll will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a source that cannot be verified as yours, it may be reversed, and associated winnings may be voided pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same account used for the most recent deposit (payment method matching policy applies to reduce money laundering risk).
5.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed within minutes to two hours for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard interbank clearing timelines. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one hour of network confirmation. 777ll does not guarantee specific processing times as these are also subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment providers.
5.5 Withdrawal Fees. 777ll does not charge fees for standard withdrawal processing. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 777ll's control.
5.6 Currency. All Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions conducted in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 777ll is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred.
5.7 Suspicious Transactions. 777ll is obligated under Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements to monitor, flag, and report suspicious transactions. 777ll reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse to process any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity, without prior notice to the Player.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by 777ll are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active do not count toward wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 777ll reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; or participating in coordinated abuse with other Players.
6.4 Bonuses are subject to maximum withdrawal limits where specified. Winnings derived from Free Spins or No-Deposit bonuses may be subject to a cap on the maximum withdrawable amount as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
6.5 777ll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already accrued by a Player in good faith under a valid offer will be honored.

9.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a minimum cooling-off period before activation.
9.3 Loss Limits. Players may set limits on the amount they can lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money wagering will be suspended until the relevant period resets or a reduced limit is reinstated.
9.4 Session Time Limits & Reality Checks. Players may configure session duration limits and periodic reality check notifications that prompt a review of session activity at intervals of the Player's choosing.
9.5 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary cooling-off periods (from 24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting 777ll support. Self-exclusion requests are processed with priority. During any active self-exclusion period, the Player may not register a new account or circumvent the exclusion by any means. Breach of a self-exclusion is a material violation of these Terms.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. 11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777ll's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds you had in your Account at the time the claim arose.
11.3 777ll shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 777ll has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 777ll shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet infrastructure failures, actions of Philippine network providers, power outages, acts of government, or natural disasters.
11.5 Nothing in these Terms limits 777ll's liability for: death or personal injury caused by 777ll's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 777ll; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
12.1 777ll processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Personal data collected during registration and through your use of the Platform is used for the following primary purposes: account administration; KYC and identity verification; payment processing; anti-fraud and AML compliance; responsible gaming monitoring; and marketing communications (where you have provided consent).
12.3 777ll will share your data with third parties only where required to do so by law, by regulatory obligation (including PAGCOR requirements), or where necessary to deliver the Platform's services (e.g., payment processors, game providers). 777ll will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
13.1 777ll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date.

The notice period for material changes will be no less than seven (7) calendar days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
13.3 If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 Termination by 777ll. 777ll may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; 777ll is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; 777ll has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or you engage in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
14.2 Upon termination for cause, 777ll reserves the right to withhold your Account balance pending investigation. Where termination is found to be unjustified following investigation, your balance will be returned in full.
14.3 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed accordingly.
14.4 Provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 15 — shall continue in full force following Account closure or termination.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact 777ll customer support to seek an informal resolution. 777ll will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
15.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, unresolved disputes may be escalated to the competent regulatory authority with jurisdiction over 777ll's operations, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
15.4 To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
